Kathryn Wehr
Founder of Liturgiclub
Dr. Kathryn (Katy) Wehr speaks with an interactive, enthusiastic style: facilitating learning, not lecturing. She specializes in creative events and talks that help others grow in their faith in Christ through the arts, Scripture, and Church history. She is a regular presenter for church groups and retreats in the Twin Cities.
Wehr is adjunct faculty at the University of St. Thomas Catholic Studies and Saint Paul Seminary where she designed experiential classes like:

She is the editor of an annotated edition of Dorothy L. Sayers' The Man Born to be King (2023, IVP Academic) and author of numerous popular and scholarly articles. She is also the managing editor of Logos: A Journal of Catholic Thought and Culture.
Wehr's PhD in divinity is from the Institute for Theology, Imagination, and the Arts at the University of St Andrews (Scotland) and her earlier degrees are in pastoral theology, Christianity the arts, and theatre arts. She also has a graduate certificate in spiritual direction.
Monasticamp
One of Katy's recent great ideas was offering a retreat for University of St. Thomas students called Monasticamp in Sept 2025. They experienced a full day of the monastic office, learned Gregorian chant, and heard talks about the Rule of St. Benedict, monastic vows, lectio divina, illuminated manuscripts, and more. 40 students gathered with faculty and 8 monastic guests from St. John's Abbey and St. Benedict's Monastery.
